Welcome to MY Gifts a gift ideas company focussing on those hard to buy for! MY Gifts is owned and operated by The Glow Company UK Ltd. who have quickly & efficiently supplied a wide range of products through the internet and mail order since 2002
MY Gifts is currently in its infancy in terms of product range although still boasts an impressive offering including experience days, flowers by post, hampers and general gift ideas - all available from our easy to use, straightforward website.
We hope to provide you with some interesting products and services (very quickly!)
OPENING TIMES
My Gifts website is open for orders 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Office opening times are 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday . If you wish to contact us please see 'contact us' section in 'customer services' tab located at the top of this page.
Holiday dates where the office will be closed include 23/24/25/26th December & 31st December & 1st January
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase is very simple. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on the shopping cart under the items you wish to purchase and they will be added to your 'cart' & taken back to the product page. If you require more than 1 of the same item click on the shopping trolley relating to the product and you will be prompted to enter the required quantity. After you have purchased all of the items you would like, click on "Checkout" (button on left of screen) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
IF YOU NEED TO REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE CART - click on 'View Basket' at the top left of the page & select 'Remove' on the item(s) you wish to remove - then click 'Update' - this will remove all items selected
ORDERING PROBLEMS?
If you are having problems ordering it may be due to settings on your computer. Here are a few tips:
Go to 'Tools' menu in browser window - click 'Internet Options' - click 'Delete Cookies' - 'Delete Files' & 'Clear History'
This will only delete files that have been stored when you 'surf' the net. Go back to the product page & click the 'Refresh' button - also found in 'View' menu
If this does not work it may be that your computer does not accept 'cookies' - necessary for online purchasing. Please see This Website page for an easy guide to this problem.
